Overview The Senior Merchandise Planner, Personalization is responsible for leading merchandise planning strategy for the Personalization category, using analytics to drive profitable growth and inventory efficiency. You will lead demand reviews, deliver forward-looking recommendations, and drive cross-functional alignment. This position requires a strong strategic point of view, outstanding communication, and the ability to influence outcomes throughout the organization. What You'll Do Own the in season and long-range demand plan for Personalization, aligning with financial targets and commercial priorities.
