Overview The Sr. Finance Systems Analyst at Crocs, Inc. focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, managing projects end to end, overseeing change management, and providing ongoing system and business support. The role primarily supports the Enterprise Digital landscape and its integration with financial reporting and accounting systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Accounting and FP&A, solid analytical and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models. What You'll Do Identify and drive process and system improvement opportunities across all accounting and FP&A functions, primarily within the Digital space. Propose and advocate for optimal and technology solutions that align business needs with system capabilities. Partner with Digital teams to ensure initiatives are implemented smoothly from an accounting and reporting perspective.
