Overview The Senior Paralegal for Crocs, Inc., serves as the lead paralegal for the enterprise, providing advanced legal support across corporate governance, litigation, and e-discovery matters. We expect this role to partner closely with attorneys and business stakeholders, operate independently in a complex global environment, and provide day-to-day leadership for junior non-attorney staff. This role reports to the GVP, Deputy General Counsel in our Broomfield, Colorado office. What You'll Do Lead enterprise corporate paralegal activities, including corporate entity management, subsidiary governance, and maintenance of corporate books and records. Support corporate Board of Directors and committee activities through preparation of resolutions, minutes, agenda materials, and corporate authorizations. Provide senior-level litigation support and lead e-discovery execution, including the creation and administration of litigation holds, data collection, document review coordination, and production workflows.
