About this role

Product Execution Engineer Shenzhen At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you're not expected to fit a mold. You're encouraged to break it and create something better. Overview Add What You'll Do • Own and drive end-to-end product development execution from initial sample through production approval and mass production readiness; ensure critical milestones are met with minimal escalation. • Independently manage multiple, complex development programs; proactively identify and resolve technical, quality, testing, fit, or manufacturability issues through structured problem-solving. • Act as the primary execution partner to overseas Product Development teams; deliver clear, decision-oriented technical feedback to factories and align cross-functional partners (PDM, Quality, Costing, Planning, Testing, SCM) to mitigate risks. • Serve as a role model and subject-matter resource for Crocs quality, fit, construction, and manufacturability standards; drive continuous improvement at factory level. • Own execution tracking and reporting across samples, approvals, development cost vs. budget, and factory readiness using key metrics. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree 8-10 years of footwear product development
