Overview Add What You'll Do • Own and drive end-to-end product development execution from initial sample through production approval and mass production readiness; ensure critical milestones are met with minimal escalation. • Independently manage multiple, complex development programs; proactively identify and resolve technical, quality, testing, fit, or manufacturability issues through structured problem-solving. • Act as the primary execution partner to overseas Product Development teams; deliver clear, decision-oriented technical feedback to factories and align cross-functional partners (PDM, Quality, Costing, Planning, Testing, SCM) to mitigate risks. • Serve as a role model and subject-matter resource for Crocs quality, fit, construction, and manufacturability standards; drive continuous improvement at factory level. • Own execution tracking and reporting across samples, approvals, development cost vs. budget, and factory readiness using key metrics.
