Overview The Manager of Inventory Accounting at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for inventory and cost accounting across Crocs global entities. This role leads the accounting and controls over inventory. You will serve as a key partner to operations, ensuring financial results reflect underlying business activity, while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting external reporting and audits. What You'll Do Own global inventory accounting end-to-end, including standard costing, inventory valuation, reserves, and cost of goods sold Lead close processes (monthly, quarterly, and year-end) including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory subledger tie-outs, and flux/variance analysis. Ensure accuracy of inventory balances by partnering with Supply Chain and Inventory Control to validate inventory movements, adjustments, reserves, and supporting documentation. Maintain and enhance standard costing for global products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial reporting requirements. Dri
