Overview The Creative Producer leads all aspects of photography, video, and brand presentation assets during the creative process. This person is responsible for planning, developing content, and managing budgets from the initial concept to final delivery. The candidate is an experienced producer with a forward-thinking approach who manages projects and creative production with attention to detail. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day production of scale photo, video, and AI shoots (pre-production, on-set, and post), small or large. Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring flawless execution and communication across teams Coordinate and lead external partners including photographers, directors, retouchers, editors, and CGI vendors to ensure high-quality results Develop and implement processes for our photography studio, including shoot booking, asset management, and workflow documentation Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate ambitious creative concepts into production plans Maintain production c
