Overview The Manager of Digital Accounting at Crocs, Inc. leads the Digital accounting function, owning accurate and timely accounting and reporting for Crocs' Digital channel in accordance with US GAAP and company policies. This role manages and develops a team, serves as the key business partner to Digital Operations, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Systems, and drives standardization, process improvement, and controls across complex, high-volume digital sales, payments, and marketplace activities. What You'll Do Manage the Digital accounting team's priorities and execution; own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned digital workstreams to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled results. Oversee journal entries and account reconciliations, including review/approval, escalation management, and coaching to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistent application of accounting policies.
