This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview As a Senior Program Manager in the Logistics Operations Center (LOC), you will shape strategy and lead execution for Taiwan logistics initiatives while partnering closely with regional stakeholders (including the KR team). You will translate insights into programs, manage complex cross-functional delivery, and embed KPI-driven operating rhythms that materially improve on-time delivery, cost-to-serve, and customer experience.Drive end-to-end program execution to improve Promise Delivery Date (PDD) performance, Delivery performance and elevate consumer satisfaction across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations. This role owns the roadmap, governance, and outcomes required to transform operational delivery through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and scalable process excellence. You will succeed by influencing without formal authority, aligning leadership around clear priorities, and building mechanisms that scale-from reporting and dashboards to SOPs, governance, and change management.
