What You Will Do - Strategic Process Innovation: Lead the vision for process development across the department. Refine complex workflows across the department and develop scalable frameworks that support long-term organizational growth and agility. - Advanced Data Analytics and Insights: Oversee the development of sophisticated analytical models to predict trends, identify root causes, and inform strategic decisions.
