Fire Safety Manager Taoyuan, Taiwan Fire Safety Manager Description Fire Safety & Compliance Management Fire Safety & Compliance Management Develop, implement, and enforce fire safety policies and procedures in compliance with Taiwan's fire codes and regulations. Conduct fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and fire departments to ensure compliance with fire safety laws. Lead fire protection system inspections, maintenance, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality. Fire Prevention & Risk Mitigation Fire Prevention & Risk Mitigation Establish and execute fire prevention programs, ensuring best practices are adopted across all facilities. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems. Implement hot work permit programs, fire drills, and evacuation plans to ensure operational readiness. Develop and maintain fire load assessments to evaluate and minimize potential fire risks. Emergency Response & Crisis Management Emergency Response & Crisis Management Lead the development of fire emergency response plans and conduct regular fire drills. Train employees and emergency response teams on fire safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and fire extinguisher use. Act as a liaison with local emergency services to coordinate emergency response efforts effectively. Develop business continuity strategies related to fire incidents to minimize disruptions and ensure swift recovery. Fire Safety Training & Awareness Fire Safety Training & Awareness Design and deliver fire safety training programs for employees, contractors, and facility teams. Ensure all personnel are equipped with knowledge of fire prevention and practices
