This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview The Director, Onsite Merchandising will lead demand shaping and onsite experience optimization to drive rapid GMV growth and elevate customer engagement. This role owns the strategy and execution of onsite merchandising assets, customer journey enablement, and large-scale campaign orchestration, working cross-functionally with senior leaders across Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Category, CRM, and Design. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on business performance, customer experience, and long-term platform innovation. What You Will Do - Business Growth & Demand Shaping Own and drive onsite demand shaping strategy to accelerate customer engagement and commercial performance. Deliver ≥20% month-over-month GMV growth, with strong accountability for core performance KPIs including CTR and CVR.
