We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang's expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang's growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” What You Will Do - Lead a multi-level, multi-functional ER organization with strategic influence across regions for Coupang Rocket Fulfillment Center. - Set the technical and performance bar for ER practices and compliance standards. - Design and implement company-wide ER strategies, including risk governance and labor-management stability. - Drive simplification and process improvement while managing complex, high-stakes ER issues. - Establish contingency plans and lead proactive risk management to protect organizational integrity. - Mentor senior leaders and develop successors for critical ER roles. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field, 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure. - Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance. - Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape ER strategy across multiple geographies. - Exceptional judgment,
