Associate, In-stock Management Specialist 庫存管理專員 Taipei, Taiwan 我們在台灣的包括「火箭速配」，以實惠的價格為多種精選商品提供隔日到貨服務。「火箭跨境」供應來自韓國、美國等地數百萬種暢銷商品，並提供國際速配服務。 我們正在尋覓人才協助我們帶領 Coupang 台灣拓展業務。這是個難得的機會，一同參與 Coupang 在台灣的成長，打造一個讓我們的顧客自問「沒有 Coupang，我該怎麼過活？」的世界。 職缺名稱: Associate, In-stock Management Specialist 庫存管理專員 主要職責： - 負責所屬商品類別之日常營運支援，與 Category Director 合作，確保類別營運順暢 - 管理商品與供應商相關關鍵資料（如商品資訊、分類、價格與作業設定），確保資料正確並支援前台與日常營運 - 每日執行類別營運檢核（morning check），檢視商品、訂單及供應商作業狀態，主動發現並處理營運或系統異常 - 透過系統與平台檢視並修正商品或資料錯誤，避免影響使用者體驗與營運表現 擔任類別窗口，負責供應商日常溝通（商品與訂單確認、出貨與交期更新），並協助說明正確作業流程，降低錯誤發生率 - 協助團隊其他營運或專案相關事項 基本條件： - 具備良好的溝通能力，能以 Email 為主、偶爾透過電話進行供應商及內部溝通 - 具備電商、零售或營運相關經驗者佳 - 熟悉 Excel 基本至進階操作（如樞紐分析、V lookup） - 具備基本 SQL 或 Python 操作能力者加分（如資料查詢、簡易數據處理或分析） 招募流程： 申請資格審核 - 電話面試 - 現場(或線上面對面)面試 - 錄取通知 招募流程實況可能因職缺而異，亦可能因為時程安排或其他原因變動 將透過應徵者在申請階段提供的電子郵件，告知面試時程和結果 注意事項： 若所有職缺皆招募完成，本公告可能在所示截止日期前關閉 若應徵者在申請過程中提供假造資訊，酷澎有權收回錄取通知 酷澎不會歧視殘障人士或退伍軍人，對所有應徵者都提供平等的競爭機會
