Workplace Services Manager Region Europe | Country France Workplace Services Manager Role Purpose The Workplace Services Manager is accountable for the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of workplace services at site level. Acting as Coty's on‑site representative within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model, this role ensures safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while enhancing employee experience and workplace performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Operations & Facilities Management Own overall on‑site workplace and facilities performance, ensuring operational excellence and compliance Oversee hard and soft FM service delivery through IFM partners and specialist suppliers Lead office moves, refurbishments, and space optimisation initiatives Monitor asset performance, service trends, and workplace utilisation 2. Vendor, Contract & Financial Management Act as site owner for IFM and local service provider relationships Support contract governance, service reviews, and performance improvement actions Manage site‑level budgets, invoice approvals, POs, and cost tracking Identify and deliver cost optimisation opportunities without compromising service quality 3. Health, Safety, Security & Compliance Act as the primary site lead for HSE compliance in line with local legislation and Coty standards Ensure risk assessments, incident investigations, near‑miss reporting, and audits are completed and actioned Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, and business continuity readiness Serve as key site cont
