Mecánico Línea Envasado Fragancias Region Europe | Country Spain Cómo técnico de mantenimiento en el área de fragancias, reportando al Manager de mantenimiento, asistirá a las averías y cambios de formato, siguiendo los estándares para la resolución de problemas. MISION Y RESPONSABILIDADES Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas, teniendo en cuenta los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Cumplimentar, después de cada intervención, todos los sistemas actuales en planta: POS, GIM, C/O sheet, BDA, etc. Ayudar a realizar los cambios de formato junto al equipo de producción asegurando los estándares con los DET y Setting Cards. Realizará el análisis de las principales averías con el actual sistema BDA, siguiendo diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos. Gestionará los recambios necesarios a través del workshop para la resolución de averías correctivas. Realizará tareas en el workshop asegurando el correcto orden y limpieza y del mismo modo seguirá las medidas de seguridad. Asistirá, cuando sea necesario, al DDS diario de línea. REQUISITOS Técnico/a Superior en alguna especialidad tecnológica vinculada al sector industrial. Conocimientos de electricidad, mecánica y neumática. Experiencia mínima 2 años en posición similar. Se valora experiencia en líneas de envasado.
