About this role

EDI Subject Matter Expert Region Europe | Country Spain EDI Subject Matter Expert Granollers You will work closely together with departments such as B2B Architecture, EDI Developers and SMEs in other regions, offshore support teams, SAP SMEs, SAP Application Support, Network and Infrastructure teams, and European Customer Service departments. All your colleagues are experienced, globally distributed, and technically strong. Working in the team, you experience close collaboration across regions and time zones. As our EDI Subject Matter Expert , you are responsible for EDI enhancement delivery. You are responsible for the processing and implementation of enhancement and change requests for European EDI messages. You work as a senior SME within the iWay B2B middleware team, coordinating development, performing quality assurance, providing high‑level support, and collaborating closely with global IT and business stakeholders. You will be reporting to B2B Manager, and you will manage: EDI enhancements and changes Implement enhancement requests for European EDI messages Clarify detailed business and technical requirements Coordinate required SAP change requests where applicable New partner implementations Implement new European EDI partner requests Define and validate technical requirements for new message flows Coordinate SAP‑related changes when required Support and troubleshooting
