TRENDS SPOTTING & INSIGHTS Produce analysis on macro/micro trends, consumer insights, markets feedback, product mix of competitors Translate the analysis into innovation opportunities MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS Track market shares, and competitive launches. Develop clear, impactful reports to support strategic decision-making. Analyze product mix, pricing architecture, and portfolio performance. INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT Support the product manager on packaging design and formula development working closely with R&D formula and packaging team Ensure coordination with agencies & suppliers (artworks, renders , etc.) Co-create concept designs in line with product benefits, trends/consumer insights, brand image & business priority.
