Ingénieur Lean - Alternant (H/F) Borre Nous recherchons pour la rentrée 2026/2027: Un Ingénieur Lean (H/F) pour une Alternance de 1 à 3 ans au sein du site de Corning Gosselin S.A.S (Borre-59) Rattaché(e) directement au Lean Facilitator de l'usine, vous serez chargé de : Travailler sur des projets d'amélioration de l'efficience en production pour supporter les cost réduction du site ; Effectuer la mesure de calcul de charge opérationnelle, afin de comprendre la situation actuelle et définir les opportunités d'amélioration pour l'efficience ; Ecrire les standardized work lié à l'organisation en place et améliorer sur le process pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration ; Etudier l'implémentation du kanban dans une zone de production spécifique ; Être support sur d'autres sujets d'implémentation lean tel que le 5S, le visual management, le kaizen … Profil recherché : Vous intégrez une licence professionnelle ou un cursus d'ingénieur en alternance Spécialité : Plasturgie, gestion industrielle ou QHSE. Vous êtes à l'aise dans le travail collectif, pro-actif et force de proposition. Vous avez des connaissances en gestion de la sécurité, sur les outils Lean, en pilotage de projet d'amélioration. Vous savez communiquer, former et vous détenez un sens de l'analyse.
