About this role

CBW Process Engineer Hefei Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage LCD glass substrate finishing processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Troubleshoot material, process, and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed” Lead improvement projects to enhance yield, uptime, quality, and cost efficiency. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and monitor process capability (e.g., CPK). Provide weekend and shift coverage as required. Trains operators on new equipment and processes Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes. Assure quality and repeatability of processes and products Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field ; proficiency in mechanical design and precision machinery is preferred. At least 2 years of work experience. Required Skills Mechanical engineering fundamentals and precision machinery operating principles Problem solving skill on process troubleshooting Understand process control concept, and capable on process data analysis Report & presentation skill English communication Skill
