THE ROLE We're hiring a VP of Finance, Corporate Development to lead corporate development at Corgi. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and growth. You'll partner closely with leadership on financial planning, capital strategy, fundraising, and evaluating strategic opportunities. You should be excited by high-stakes decision-making, ambiguity, and using finance to help shape company direction. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling. - Partner with leadership on strategic and capital allocation decisions. - Support fundraising and financing strategy. - Manage investor and board-related financial materials. - Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic opportunities. - Build models and analyses to support growth and decision-making. - Analyze company performance and identify strategic risks and opportunities. - Help shape company strategy through financial insight and analytical rigor. - Build strategic finance capabilities as the company scales; - Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or senior finance
