About the Role: As a P6 Scheduler at CoreWeave, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale construction initiatives critical to CoreWeave's mission. This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments. What You'll Do: - Develop and manage comprehensive master program construction schedules using Primavera P6 for CoreWeave's hyperscale data center initiatives - Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals - Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning - Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against the schedule - Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders - Generate schedule reports and support the project controls team with analytics and forecast updates - Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy - Provide recovery plans
