What You'll Do: The Operations Accounting - Data Center Infrastructure team owns accounting governance and financial control for large-scale data center construction programs. The team manages construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting, fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and SOX-compliant controls, ensuring accurate close, Cap Ex reporting, and audit-ready financials across multi-site, capital-intensive infrastructure builds. About the role: - The Senior Manager, Operations Accounting Data Center Infrastructure serves as the single-threaded owner for financial governance across large-scale data center infrastructure construction programs. On a day-to-day basis, this role partners closely with Construction, Procurement, and Finance to manage Cap Ex planning, overseeing OFCI procurement, construction cost and ensuring compliant asset capitalization and in-service activation. The role provides executive visibility into spending, risks, schedules, and asset readiness while ensuring compliance with accounting and audit standards. This position is critical to enabling disciplined capital deployment and scalable growth across complex, multi-site infrastructure builds.
