What You'll Do About the Role We are looking for an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer who thrives on building scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across CoreWeave's HR, Finance, and Security environments-specifically around Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato. You will design, build, and support integrations that connect our HR stack to broader enterprise systems. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits. Who You Are - 5-7 years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations - Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs - Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta - Hands-on knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms - Strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance -
