What You'll Do: The Security Products team at CoreWeave is responsible for building the platform capabilities that let enterprise customers safely extend their existing identity, security, and encryption stacks to CoreWeave Cloud. This team owns products like CoreWeave IAM, future encryption lifecycle and key management capabilities, and supporting infrastructure that enables fine-grained access control, auditability, and secure onboarding of sensitive AI workloads. We partner closely with Product, Information Security, and core platform teams to make CoreWeave the most secure and compliant place to run large-scale AI. About the role: CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Engineering, Security Products to lead the engineering teams building our identity, authorization, and encryption platforms.
