What You'll Do: The DC (Data Center) Program and Cost Management team is the operational planning team responsible for the program and cost management across the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic program objectives are translated into successful outcomes and the cost structure of building and managing data centers is optimized. About the role: As a DC Ops (Data Center Operations) Cost Manager, you will own and manage data center construction cost planning, forecasting, and control processes from feasibility through final closeout. Your key responsibilities will include - Lead pre-construction budgeting and detailed cost modeling to optimize capital efficiency. - Implement and enforce financial controls and leadership reporting mechanisms. - Develop and maintain program-level cost forecasts across multiple projects and regions. - Provide cost estimates and commercial risk assessments to inform location strategy and investment decisions. - Benchmark construction costs, escalation trends, and market rates across regions to maintain current cost
