Job Overview: The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual team (English and Spanish). The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight / Team Management Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards. Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise. Provide clear instructions and guidance
