Responsible Value Chain Due Diligence Specialist - CTBC Timișoara, TM, Romania Company Description: Job Description: Your role As a valuable team member of the Sustainability team for Responsible Value Chain Management and External Requirements, you are contributing with your strong analytical and communicative skills. Your guidance of internal business partners in maintaining our RVC Framework to comply with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations in ContiTech is key for our success. Key tasks: Coordinate the timely execution of RVC Adverse Impact Analysis in cose alignment with Central Functions Analyze results and support the implementation of preventive measures in alignment with relevant stakeholders Support the processing of RVC Incidents within the defined incident management Coordinate the support of implementation of remedial actions resulting from the RVC Incident process Develop strategies to continuously improve the efficiency of our RVC Incident Management Support the RVC training activities within ContiTech Coordinate RVC internal reporting processes, including the development of dashboards and tools that track progress on improvement initiatives. Contribute to the external reporting obligations (e.g., Modern Slavery Statements like UK, Australia, Canada) Support the RVC System Review process Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for the continuous improvement of our Framework Qualifications: Degree in business administration, engineering, sustainability related area or equivalent experience Min. 2 years prof. experience in engineering or business roles (e.g., project, purchasing, sales, quality, sustainability) Experience in creating, improving, automating and/or rolling out standards/processes (e.g., policies, documentation, implementation, continuous improvement) with excellent communication and presentation skills First experience in Project
