Job Description: Your mission Drive Lean transformation across multiple plants in the EMEA region. Develop site leadership and embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture aligned with central standards. Lead and coordinate Lean / Continuous Improvement (CI) activities across multiple sites Translate regional CI strategy into practical action plans and ensure execution with site leadership Travel regularly across plants to support implementation and alignment Develop and strengthen Lean mindset and culture within local management teams Coach and support local Lean/CBS leads , including performance evaluation and development Identify improvement potential and build a regional CI roadmap aligned with business priorities Drive implementation of Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, Gemba, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping ) Facilitate workshops, training sessions,
