As a Director of Customer Success, Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing key accounts and supervising our Customer Success Specialist and their respective client portfolios to ensure retention and growth. A successful Director of Customer Success will be someone who can think “outside of the box” and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions. This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.
