The Senior Product Designer designs industry-leading user experiences that achieve business objectives and successful customer outcomes. They apply design principles and methodologies to elevate product design, assist in defining best practices for the design discipline and mentor peers. What You'll Do: - Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, workflows and strategies - Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices - Collaborate with UX research, including planning, prioritization, feedback collection and action plan creation - Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences - Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces - Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent - Recommend metrics to define, manage and measure design success and prioritize enhancements - Develop product design best practices and templates - Create and present strategies and recommendations to design partners and stakeholders. -
