ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Founding Designer, the person who will own and elevate how Concourse looks, feels, and works for the finance teams that rely on it every day. You'll join a team that already ships great product and cares deeply about design, and you'll raise the bar across every surface. Working directly with our founders, designers, and engineers, you'll take our product experience and visual identity to the next level, bringing sharper craft, stronger intuition, and real design leadership as we scale. This is a high-ownership role. You'll drive design decisions, shape the product, and define what Concourse looks like as a company, not just execute on someone else's vision.
