One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Case Management Manager, you will help our team optimize the daily operations of our case management functions so they can deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient care. Every day you will oversee and guide our case management team. You will be expected to drive performance improvement, manage staff, and ensure seamless care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review, and social work interventions in accordance with all relevant policies and regulations.
