One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations and clinical aspects of our rehabilitation programs. Your leadership ensures high-quality, patient-centered, and effective services, optimizing recovery and independence. Every day you will manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and patient safety. You'll coordinate care, optimize schedules and workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians. You will also monitor outcomes, identify improvements, and implement enhancement strategies.
