One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Pharmacy for Mercy Hospital Bakersfield, you will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of daily Pharmacy Services operations in accordance with standards of practice, organizational policies/standards, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Every day, you will be tasked with meeting financial objectives in labor, revenue and gross margins, implementing performance improvement initiatives, evaluating department effectiveness in meeting clinical/service expectations, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical care issues.
