Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director Nursing ICU at St. Mary Medical Center, you will direct the operations of our 24 bed medical / surgical ICU, and respiratory care services. You will also oversee our on-site contracted dialysis services. Every day, you will lead upwards of 150 staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in fast paced environment. You will work with the executive leadership team, Departmental Directors, Nurse Manager ICU, and Respiratory Supervisor on key strategies and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced manager/director, with a track record of success overseeing critical care / ICU services. You must be competent and confident, with excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups. Y
