Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Nursing (DON) at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will help shape the future of nursing care within our organization so you can empower dedicated nursing professionals and champion patient well-being in our community. Every day you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all nursing services to ensure clinical excellence and innovative care delivery. You will be expected to lead and mentor the nursing team, develop and implement best practices, manage departmental budgets and resources, and foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you must be an inspiring and collaborative nursing leader with a proven track record in clinical excellence, strategic management, and team development.
