Job Summary and Responsibilities The Critical Care Clinical Educator (ED/ICU) provides staff development expertise in their assigned specialty as an educator, expert clinician, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, patient advocate and researcher. Each supports the clinical and professional development of their staff, with a goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice.
