Job Summary and Responsibilities An Activity Assistant helps plan, coordinate, and execute engaging recreational and therapeutic programs. Encourage socialization, physical movement, and mental stimulation while ensuring a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all participants. Essential Key Job Responsibilities Program Execution: Lead and follow scheduled activities, such as games, exercises, crafts and discussions Participant Engagement:Build rapport with participants, encourage involvement, and provide one-on-one companionship Documentation: Keep attendance records (PCC software) and monitor participant progress/behavior, reporting any changes to nursing or administrative staff Community Outreach: Collaborating with the community for events and assist in promoting events Assist with set up and break down of events, holiday decor and parties Executive daily rehab program with residents, when needed Job Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent certificate CNA License within 6 months (we
