What you'll do: - Lead Strategic Reporting & Delivery: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics for leadership and key stakeholders. You will ensure that high-impact reporting is not only delivered on schedule but is strategically aligned with clinical and financial objectives. - Direct Client Analytics Partnership: Serve as the primary analytics lead for top-tier client requests. You will move beyond requirement gathering to act as a consultant, designing solutions that solve complex healthcare business challenges and presenting these insights directly to key partners. - Technical Excellence & SQL Mentorship: Establish and uphold the standards for data integrity by leading peer code reviews.
