Our Microbiology Lab Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all microbiological control programs at the laboratory meet the requirements of the QS 023 Microbiological Control standard. This role reports to the Plant Quality Manager. The primary focus is to provide direction for improving microbiological control in the laboratory and the entire site facility while ensuring data integrity and the validity of results. The Lead functions as an integral part of the Plant GMP and Quality Team, interfacing with Global and Divisional teams to implement programs and procedures. Responsibilities Understands basic laboratory safety equipment and instructions, precautions in handling and disposing of biological materials, in accordance with local environmental regulations.
