Job Summary Determine the strategy, gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and execute the plans with the distributors to gain market share and growth in SouthEast Asia Understand the local specificities of the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia market.] Manage Distributor to drive sales growth and profitability through strategic business planning, KPIs alignment, and operational support (forecasting, order management). Manage GtN, including pricing strategy, A&P budget allocation, and financial performance reviews to align with local objectives. Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data to generate actionable insights and refine marketing/pricing tactics. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local markets while monitoring competitor strategies and industry trends.
