Job Purpose The Head of SEC & Compliance Reporting is responsible for the preparation, review, and filing of all external financial reports and compliance disclosures. This position has a distinct focus on timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including SEC filings and emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in external reporting regulations and a proven ability to lead and coordinate complex compliance
