What you'll do: - Become an expert on Clearco's platform, services, and the eCommerce growth funding landscape - Drive funding originations from a territory comprising engaged accounts, accounts requiring renewal, and lapsed accounts - Cultivate strong customer relationships with business owners, founders, and executives, helping them navigate Clearco's product and financial evaluation process so that they can secure funding - Advocate internally for customers, helping our internal Risk, Diligence & Credit teams have a clear view on customer creditworthiness and growth opportunities You'll thrive if you: - Have 4+ years of experience in a customer success manager, inside sales or account manager role where you have carried a revenue target - Have developed upsell/cross-sell skills-comfortable conveying Clearco's value, securing customer commitments, and being measured on your revenue production - Have superior verbal and written communication skills-able to effectively articulate complex or sophisticated concepts to a less sophisticated audience, and their response
