The VP, Talent will lead CLEAR's hiring strategy and execution, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent at scale. This role will partner closely with business and People leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and hiring quality - building a talent acquisition function that scales with CLEAR's growth and sets the standard for candidate and hiring manager experience. What you'll do: Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, driving accountability, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of top talent across the organization Partner with People and business leaders to design and evolve organizational structures, define role architecture, and ensure headcount plans reflect strategic priorities Proactively anticipate hiring needs, workforce plans, and align recruiting strategies to business priorities Build and scale data-driven recruiting operations, leveraging metrics to drive prioritization, optimize performance, and continuously improve hiring processes Develop and execute strategies to strengthen CLEAR's talent pipeline, including internal mobility, referrals, campus programs, and experienced hiring across technical and non-technical roles Own and evolve CLEAR's talent brand, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all candidate touchpoints and
