About this role

Position Summary As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and integrate internal tools and platforms that accelerate Cisco's digital transformation. You will provide technical leadership, customer engagement, and translate business needs into effective technical architectures. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement full-stack solutions using technologies such as Retool, React, Node.js, Python, SQL, and APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements aligned with Cisco's strategic goals. Lead technical design and development efforts for scalable, secure internal tools and platforms. Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to embed best practices in access control, auditability, and data privacy. Drive modernization initiatives by migrating legacy systems to low-code and cloud-native architectures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in software engineering and UX. Assist in scoping, estimating, and delivering professional services engagements internally and with partners. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify and manage risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service offerings. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, or similar. Hands-on expertise
