Meet the Team Join the Cisco Silicon One team in developing a unified silicon architecture for web-scale, service provider, and enterprise networks. Cisco's silicon team provides an outstanding, unique experience for Software and ASIC engineers by combining the resources offered by a sizable multi-geography silicon organization and a large campus (with an on-site gym, healthcare, café, social interest groups, and philanthropy) with the startup culture and breadth of growth opportunities that working in a smaller ASIC team can provide. Your Impact As the technical authority in the team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering a state-of-the-art functional simulator for the Cisco SiliconOne family of routing and switching devices. You will drive technical decisions, guide the team through complex challenges, and ensure engineering excellence in all deliverables. In this role, you will: Architect and implement a high-performance behavioral model for SiliconOne devices Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment Solve challenging technical problems and debug intricate issues Collaborate with ASIC Architecture, Software, and Hardware teams to align on product contents and execution Set engineering best practices and standards for design, implementation, and verification Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure reliability, usability, and performance Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree
