Our team focuses on delivering high-quality, power-efficient hardware using advanced SERDES technology at industry-leading bit rates. We manage the entire hardware lifecycle-from definition and design to qualification, release, and sustaining-collaborating with internal teams and vendors to address complex challenges. Your Impact: Lead and execute electronic design validation tests (EDVT) for high-speed hardware platforms, including PCBA and system-level validations related to telecom products. Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage, repeatability, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with hardware design, firmware, Diags and software teams to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive validation. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware and system-level defects. Design and implement test plans covering signal integrity, power consumption, thermal, ESD, and functional validation. Utilize industry-standard test equipment and tools for high-speed signal analysis and validation. Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and automation tools to reduce manual effort and accelerate validation cycles. Document test procedures, results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and validation strategies. Support product qualification and certification processes by ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in high-speed hardware validation,
