When you apply, a Cisco representative may contact you directly if a relevant position opens. コンサルティングエンジニア（CE）は、お客様のビジネス上の課題やアジェンダを理解し、それを実現するための最適なITインフラを立案するアドバイザリー（戦略立案、構想策定、最適なITソリューションの提示）支援、お客様の大切なネットワークに対する設計、構築から運用支援まで、一貫してお客様を主体的に考えながらITインフラに特化した幅広いサービスを提供する組織です。 全世界で延べ約6000名のエンジニアが所属し、個々の知識や個性を活かしてお客様を最先端のソリューションへと導き、お客様が「作りたい、実現したい」ネットワークサービスを具現化していきます。また従来のネットワークだけでなくモバイル、セキュリティ、コラボレーション、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ（自動化、仮想化）など様々な技術分野に関連するチームが協力してお客様の要望に応え、お客様のシスコに対する顧客体験を特別なものとするため、日々業務にあたっています。 職場環境としてこういった幅広い分野の専門エンジニアが所属しているため、プロジェクトを通じた人脈の形成や新たな技術知識の習得などが可能です。 今回のインターンシップでは、TCE 職と合同で開催し、問題解決スキルを磨きながら、Ciscoの技術と企業文化に触れて頂くことができます！ 以下のような内容を実施予定です： ・CE部門のご紹介 CEの部署役割、組織、カルチャーについてご紹介いたします ・CEの一日をご紹介 複数のエンジニアより、実際の業務内容や働き方、キャリアパスについてご紹介いたします ・トラブルシューティング体験 専門的なトラブルシューティングスキルを身につける機会を提供します。 リアルなトラブル事例についてワークショップを通じて、問題解決能力を向上させることができます ・生成AIを使用したハッカソン 生成AI 活用開発プラットフォームについて学び、業務効率化のツール作成にハッカソン形式で取り組みます ・東京オフィスツアー(オプション - 希望者のみ): 東京オフィスを見学し、社内の雰囲気を体験いただきます ※オフィスツアーにつきましては、CE 職は東京オフィスのみとなります。 また、参加者の皆さまには以下を行って頂きます： ・部門向けの最終報告（プレゼンテーション） ・Ciscoブログへの実施内容の寄稿 ■必要な経験/スキル（必須要件） ・ITインフラ、ネットワーク、セキュリティ技術への強い興味・関心 ・未知の技術や課題に対して、自ら調べ論理的に解決しようとする探究心 ・基本的なPC操作およびオフィスツールの利用（PPT, Word, Excelなど） ・英語でのコミュニケーションに対する意欲（※TOEIC 600点程度、もしくは入社までに同等の英語力を身につける意欲があること） ■あると望ましい経験/スキル（歓迎要件） ・【ネットワーク・OS関連】 TCP/IPなどネットワーク技術の基礎知識、Linuxの基礎知識、ターミナルソフトの利用経験 ・【実機・資格関連】 業務用ネットワーク機材の操作経験、専門的な資格（CCNA, LPICなど） ・【開発・最新技術】 Python等のプログラミング知識、生成AI（GenAI）を活用した課題解決やツール利用の経験 Why Cisco?
