Trade Compliance Manager Posting Country United States | Posting Location Ohio Requisition Number: 228127 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead the import/export operations for our Global Supply Chain Logistics Organization and ensure compliance with the import and export laws of the countries where we do business. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge in Importing, Exporting, and Global Trade Compliance, including Tariff Classification, Free Trade Agreements, Customs Valuation, Customs Audits and Country of Origin determination. This position serves as a functional expert in Customs Compliance and is responsible for the strategy and execution of all programs involving receipt of imported goods and coordinating the exportation of items in a manner consistent with company policies, government regulations and applicable laws. Responsibilities: Manage day to day activities relating to the export and import compliance program to assure compliance and proper documentation. Implement, maintain, and drive the adoption of policies and procedures that are required to comply with Trade Compliance laws and regulations. These include but are not limited to goods valuation, goods classification, country of origin, Trade Agreements and record keeping. Partner with stakeholders including legal, tax and accounting to drive maintenance of customs valuation-related programs such as value reconciliation and CARM.
