PMO Program Manager Posting Country United States | Posting Location Ohio Requisition Number: 222904 Job Description Cintas is seeking a PMO Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic business objectives. Skills/Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing large‑scale Information Technology deployments, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programs. Minimum 5 years of experience successfully recovering, stabilizing, or turning around troubled or high‑risk projects, demonstrating strong assessment, remediation, and executive‑communication skills. Quality Improvement experience with recognized frameworks such as ISO‑9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma. Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with third‑party vendors, integrators, and buyers, including contract oversight, performance management, and escalation handling. Demonstrated experience leading large, cross‑functional project teams across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Proven success in introducing, implementing, and standardizing Project Management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks to improve delivery consistency and organizational maturity.
